Apropos of the question -- posed in Tension, Integrity & Ease -- of the relationship between, on the one hand, relative-world "horizontal" alignments (of body, mind, energy) and, on the other hand, the "vertical" alignment into Source, Spirit, Tao, Buddha-Nature, Pure Awareness -- I found this exploration via Ken Wilber, on the relationship between ethics (a kind of "relative-world alignment") and Awakening, to be
