Taoist yoga takes many forms: from sitting and standing meditation to qigong, taiji, aikido and kungfu, to name just a few. In all, the yogi or yogini (male or female practitioner) works to bring balance and clarity to their jing (creative energy), qi (life-force energy) and shen (spiritual energy) as a means to merge their bodymind with the Mind of Tao. In this photo gallery, you'll be offered a glimpse of some of these practitioners. Enjoy!
