Jing

Definition: Jing is one of the "Three Treasures" of Inner Alchemy practice (the other two being Qi and Shen). It is the most densely-vibrating of these three energies, and is associated with the Kidney organ system and with reproductive energy. It's home is in the lower dantian (lower abdomen) and Snow Mountain areas.
